The action in Cossacks: Art of War is very similar to Cossacks: European Wars with a few major twists. Two new civilisations have been added to the mix and gamers are able to control some of the most notable figures in European history such as King Frederick of Prussia. Being in charge of the wayward Algerian pirates can also be a lot of fun and gives players the chance to set sail on the high seas and either spend their time nobly doing trade or wreaking mischief and mayhem if they prefer.

People who are into the Cossack series and want to continue the adventure are sure to have fun playing Cossacks: Art of War. Although being limited to playing as the Austrian civilisation may not appeal to some gamers, the fact that there are five brand new campaigns to complete as well as large number of cool new features means that there is plenty to do in the game and a large number of extra hours of engaging game play to enjoy.
